Large organisations

Dozens of domains, one clear picture

Big organisations don't have one domain. They have the main one, the acquisitions, the campaign domains, the ones marketing registered and forgot. DMARCLoop pulls every one of them into a single view and tells you, plainly, which ones are protected and which ones aren't.

Why it suits a bigger estate

Built for an estate, not a single domain

  • One prioritised view across everything

Every domain in one list, sorted so the ones that need attention are at the top. No spreadsheet of domains, no wondering which ones someone set up years ago and never checked again.

  • Import your whole estate at once

Bring every domain in from a CSV in one go, with a dry run first so you can see what will happen before anything changes.

  • Single sign-on and proper roles

Connect your existing sign-on, the same login your staff already use, and give each person exactly the access they should have: full control, day-to-day management, view-only, or limited to a specific set of domains. If your security team requires everyone to sign in through your provider, you can enforce that.

  • Reports your auditors accept

Turn your email setup into a one-click scorecard against the standards your organisation gets checked against, the sort of evidence that goes straight into a procurement or audit response instead of being reconstructed by hand.

  • A transparency log for your risk team

Any time our staff access your account, you get a readable record of when, who and why. It's the kind of vendor-access transparency a security review asks for.

Where your data lives

DMARCLoop is an Australian company, and your report data is hosted in Australia. For teams that need to know where their data is processed, that's a straight answer rather than a shrug.

We're careful about what we claim here. Hosting location is one part of a compliance picture, not the whole of it, so we won't tell you onshore hosting on its own ticks a regulatory box. If a specific compliance requirement is a hard condition for you, raise it with us directly and we'll tell you exactly what we can and can't support.

Start with one domain

Protecting a large estate starts the same way as protecting one domain. You can add a domain on the free plan and see exactly how it works before you bring the rest across.
