For MSPs

DMARC for every client, from one place

DMARCLoop was built for MSPs first, not a single-company tool with a "clients" bolt-on. If you look after email for other businesses, everything here assumes you're managing many organisations at once, each with their own domains, their own team and their own reports.

One login, every client, kept apart

Each client is walled off from the others, with their own domains and their own data. Your technicians see across all of them; a client you give direct access to sees only their own. You're not juggling dozens of separate accounts and logins. It's one place, organised the way you actually work.

Day to day

The bits that matter day to day

  • Onboard a new client in minutes

New client arrives with a spreadsheet of domains? Import the whole list at once, with a dry run that shows you what will happen before it does. It's the fastest way to get a new account live on day one.

  • One list, sorted by what needs doing

Whether it's four domains or four hundred, DMARCLoop sorts them so the ones needing attention float to the top. You start your day knowing exactly where to look instead of scrolling.

  • It names the sender, so your techs don't have to dig

When a client's domain is stuck, DMARCLoop points at the exact service causing it. That turns a research task into a five-minute fix, which is the difference between DMARC being profitable to offer and being a time sink.

  • Branded reports, out the door automatically

Put your logo on a clean PDF or spreadsheet report and have it sent to each client on a schedule. Proof of work, delivered without you lifting a finger.

  • Alerts to where your team already works

Send the “this needs action” alerts to Slack, Teams or a webhook so they land in your existing workflow, not just an inbox.

  • A transparency log you can point clients at

Every time our staff access an account, it's logged where the client can read it. MSPs get audited by their own clients, so this is something you can show them, not just a control you have to take on trust.

Pricing

Priced per domain, not per seat

MSP pricing is wholesale and per active domain, so it scales with the book of business you're actually protecting, not how many of your staff log in. The more domains you manage, the lower the per-domain rate. It's billed monthly on normal business terms (invoice and bank transfer, not a credit card), because we know a four-figure monthly line doesn't belong on a company card.

  • 1 to 25 domains $16 / domain / month
  • 26 to 100 domains $11 / domain / month
  • 101 to 500 domains $8 / domain / month
  • 501+ domains $6 / domain / month

USD, per active domain. There's a small monthly platform fee for the white-label, multi-tenant setup, waived once you pass 100 domains. Exact figures and terms are set with you directly.
